Rövid életrajz/Bio:

Mária Kurdi is professor emerita in the Institute of English Studies at the Univer- sity of Pécs. Her research activities focus on modern and contemporary English-speak- ing drama and theatre, with a special at- tention to Ireland. She has authored seven books, edited or co-edited several essay collections and published over a hundred articles in these fields both in Hungary and abroad.
